About Us Xnext was founded in 1997 by Rich Young, a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Our Corporate office is in Winter Haven, Florida. Winter Haven is strategically located directly between Tampa and Orlando in the center of the Florida Peninsula. Although we have customers all over the world, we consider this our mail service area. We have been honored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the top 25 Web Design & Development firms in the Tampa Bay Area for the last 2 years. Last year we were one of the top 10!
